| 4 | (4) Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, full details of the proposed roofing material shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be undertaken in accordance with the approved details and thereafter be so maintained. REASON: The Local Planning Authority is anxious to ensure that the materials used will be in character with the materials in general use in the area. |
| 5 | (5) No burning of manure or stable sweepings shall take place anywhere on the residential curtilage or paddock and any such material which is stored anywhere on the site shall be moved and the site completely cleared at least once a month unless prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained. REASON: To protect the amenities of nearby residents in particular and this area of Pinchinthorpe in general. |
| 6 | (6) The stable block hereby approved shall be used for the accommodation of domestic horses owned by the occupants of the dwelling known as 2 Stone Cottages, and for no other commercial purpose, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To protect the amenities of nearby residents in particular and this area of Pinchinthorpe in general. |
