# Condition Details
1 (1) The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To ensure compliance with Sections 91 to 94 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
2 (2) The development hereby approved shall only be carried out in strict accordance with the detailed specifications and plans comprised in the application hereby approved unless otherwise with the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To avoid doubt.
3 (3) The garage hereby permitted shall not be used for purposes other than domestic purposes with sufficient space maintained free of obstruction for the parking of motor vehicles associated with the adjacent dwelling. REASON: In the interests of the safety and convenience of users of the highway and of the free flow of traffic on the highway.
4 (4) The brickwork and roofing tiles of the development hereby permitted shall match as closely as possible those of the existing building. REASON: The Local Planning Authority is anxious to ensure that the materials used will be in character with the materials in general use in the area.
5 (5) The doors of the garage hereby permitted shall be of timber construction with a vertical emphasis and shall be thereafter so maintained unless approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 6 (6) The guttering to the development hereby permitted shall be directly fixed to the stonework by means of gutter spikes with no fascia boarding being utilized in the development and shall thereafter be so maintained.
