# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) No development shall commence until a landscaping scheme to upgrade the existing tree/hedge belt to the north of the compound has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved and shall be maintained until it becomes established. REASON: In the interest of visual amenity.
3 (3) The existing mast and ancillary apparatus shall be removed as soon as the development hereby approved is operational. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity.
4 (4) The development hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 30/09/2005 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity.
