# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The external elevations of the extension shall be constructed in materials to match those of the existing building. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the development in the locality.
3 (3) This permission relates only to the amended plan(s) received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 June 2000. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
