# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) The roof of the inn and garage are to be re-clad using sound salvaged or new clay plain tiles, samples of which are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the approved works.
