| 4 | (4) The brickwork and roofing tiles of the development hereby permitted shall match as closely as possible those of the existing building. REASON: The Local Planning Authority is anxious to ensure that the materials used will be in character with the materials in general use in the area. |
| 5 | (5) Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted the existing garage shall be demolished and removed from the site. REASON: To protect the amenities of nearby residents in particular and this area of Easington in general. |
| 6 | (6) Notwithstanding the approved plans, the garage shall not be sited so as the length of the driveway is a minimum length of 6 metres. REASON: In the interests of the safety and convenience of users of the highway and of the free flow of traffic on the highway. |
