| 6 | (6) The highway works shall be designed in accordance with the Council's design standards for roads serving residential development and be carried out in accordance with the Council's Standard Specification for road, sewer and street lighting works serving private development in order to secure adoption and the details to be submitted to the Director of Technical Services at least one month before the commencement of the works. | 7 | (7) Before development commences details of the proposed means of boundary enclosure shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 8 | FOR INFORMATION Prior to commencing work on any development which entails interference with an adopted highway the developer/contractor is required to obtain the consent of the Director of Technical Services. Such consent will not unreasonably be withheld but will be conditional upon obtaining a "Road opening & reinstatement " consent and signing an "Undertaking to pay for works". The developer must consult with the Director of Technical Services with regard to the temporary access on to Redcar Lane. |
