# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed garage would by reason of its size and siting of location result in development that would be both unduly obtrusive and result in loss of outlook to neighbouring property. It would therefore be detrimental to both local visual and residential amenity. The proposal is contrary to Policy H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
2 (2) The proposed garage due to its siting would result in the drive being of an inadequate length with the result that vehicles may overhang the footpath and this would be to the detriment of pedestrian safety. The proposal is contrary to Policy H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
