# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed use of the premises as a hot food takeaway opening until late into the evening would be likely to attract additional pedestrian and vehicular traffic resulting in noise nuisance and disturbance to nearby residential occupiers detrimental to the amenities they may reasonably expect to enjoy.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five yearsfrom the date of this decision.
3 The use hereby permitted shall not open to customers outside the following times, 1100 hours to 2130 hours
4 Details of odour filtration and extraction equipment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and before the use hereby approved commences the equipment shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and thereafter shall be retained, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction.
5 Details of facilities for the storage and collection of refuse shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and before the use hereby permitted commences such facilities shall be provided in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter.
6 A litter bin for use by customers shall be provided on the forecourt of the shop before the use hereby permitted commences and shall be retained thereafter.
