| 5 | (5) All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. | 6 | (6) Before development commences the fence lines to plots 1,12,32,33,26, and 48 shall be repositioned in accordance with a scheme to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 7 | (7) The works shall be designed in accordance with the Council's design standards for roads serving residential development and be carried out in accordance with the Council's standard specification for road, sewer and street lighting works serving private development in order to secure adoption and the details to be submitted to the Director of Technical Services at least one month before the commencement of the works.
